The Middle and High School Students participated in Mix it Up at Lunch on Wednesday for Red Ribbon Week. Mix It Up at Lunch Day is an international campaign that encourages students to identify, question and cross social boundaries. They are encouraged to sit with students that they normally would not sit with in the cafeteria and are given a list of conversation starters. All students participated and everyone had a great time!

Submitted by sgroll on Tue, 10/24/2017 - 12:53

Ms. Cooper's Greenhouse Management/Floral Design class created these floral arrangements. To break up the regular content, the class will occasionally take time to do floral design. It provides creative opportunities for students and teaches them real life skills as well as principles of design. Students have the opportunity to take their arrangements home for the cost of the flowers or leave them for teacher purchase.

FAFSA Night At A-C Central High School

Submitted by sgroll on Fri, 10/20/2017 - 10:57

There will be a FAFSA Completion Night in the Library on Tuesday, October 24 at 6 pm for all Seniors and their parents/guardians. A representative from Lincoln Land Community College will be here to answer any questions and help with completing the process. It is recommended that ALL SENIORS and their families fill this out, even if they have not yet made a decision about their future plans. Families will need to bring their 2016 tax documents (including the students if they filed) as well as the student's computer (so we have access to the internet).
